Our knowledge of real estate and interior design in the Var
The Var is a department where real estate tension is high. We help owners, particularly first-time buyers, who wish to be supported in the renovation of old homes, whether apartments in the city or houses on the outskirts.
In the Var hinterland, there are many Provençal villas, bastides and Provence farmhouses that are particularly sought after because of their authenticity and the exceptional living environment they offer. The renovation of these stone buildings requires the intervention of architects who will know how to modernize these typical houses of the region, while preserving their heritage character. Their gardens can benefit from the intervention of landscapers who will best integrate swimming pools and pool houses into the Provençal landscape.
